An Enterprise plan puts your whole team on one bill, with more capacity and volume pricing. Or keep it simple: your team can collaborate on any plan, and each physician pays for their own.

Yes. The Free plan includes the electronic health record, unlimited patients and appointments, the Vidal Vademecum drug reference, collaboration with colleagues, and clinical AI, with 8 notes and 12 AI credits per month. Sign up without a credit card and choose a paid plan when you need more capacity.

It estimates your monthly visits from the patients you see per day and the days you work per week, using an average of 4.33 weeks per month and one note per visit. If you turn on transcription, it multiplies those visits by their length. It compares notes, minutes, assistant seats, and support across the plans shown. It does not estimate other AI usage or overage charges.
The calculator assumes you transcribe the whole visit. For example, 87 visits of 30 minutes add up to 2,610 minutes per month. If you don’t want to record, turn transcription off. Monthly limits are 45 minutes on Free, 3,600 on Basic, 12,000 on Advanced, and 28,800 on Ultra.
Annual billing has a 20% discount and is paid upfront. Annual prices on this page show the approximate monthly equivalent. Note, AI credit, and transcription limits still reset every month.
We’ll let you know as you get close. In the app, you can allow or block overages for each type of usage; if you allow them, they’re billed at the end of your billing period. If you hit your overage cap, you can upgrade or adjust your settings. For consistently higher usage, see the Enterprise plan.
Yes, you can change plans from the app. Review the terms and the effective date in your subscription before confirming the change.

Yes. On every plan you can invite and collaborate with your team. Physicians can keep their own plan and pay for it individually. If your clinic would rather put the whole team on one bill, we offer an Enterprise plan with custom pricing.
The Ultra plan includes priority support. Basic and Advanced include standard support.
